What Happens When You Cannot Afford Your Contribution This Month
Sometimes money is tight. You may want to keep participating in Knomart Community, but simply cannot afford your membership contribution this month.
The important thing is that a difficult month does not have to mean disappearing from the community.
You Stay Part of the Community
Knomart's Free membership is designed to give people a place to remain connected even when they are not ready or able to pay for an active paid role.
If you cannot afford your contribution, the current model lets you stay inside the community and continue building toward the month when you can participate at the next level.
What You Keep Doing
Moving back to Free does not mean starting from zero. You can continue using the parts of the community available to Free members, including browsing the full opportunity network, learning, taking quizzes and pools, completing community micro-tasks and building your profile and reputation.
Your time can still be productive even when your budget is not.
What Changes?
The main boundary is simple: Free members can see opportunities but cannot apply for merchant work.
So if you were previously in a paid role, the loss of that contribution means you cannot use the paid role's application access until you return to an appropriate active membership.
That is different from being removed from the community altogether. The network remains available to you while you prepare for your next step.
You Do Not Lose the Work You Have Built
Your profile and reputation are part of your longer journey. The purpose of the Free tier is not to erase what you have already built simply because you had a difficult month.
You can keep improving your profile, developing skills and participating where Free membership allows. When your circumstances improve, you can decide whether returning to a paid membership makes sense.
Why This Matters
A community built around economic opportunity should recognize that people's circumstances change. Someone may be able to contribute one month and struggle the next.
Knomart's model is designed so that a temporary inability to pay does not have to become a permanent exit.
If you cannot afford your contribution this month, stay connected, keep building and return to the paid role when you are ready and able.
