There is no cash reward for bringing someone into Knomart Community. That is a deliberate design decision, and it is one of the more important ones.
What recruitment pay does to a community
The moment introducing a person pays better than doing work, the incentive changes. Recruiting is easier than delivering, so effort moves there. People are pitched by someone earning from the pitch, which makes the pitch unreliable. And the community fills with members who joined because they were sold to rather than because there was something for them.
Every one of those effects damages the thing the community exists to do.
What Knomart does instead
Referrals are recognised in Gold Coins, which are a community standing currency. Gold can buy a profile boost or job-board priority. It cannot be converted into diamonds, it cannot be turned into cash, and it expires after 30 days.
That combination is intentional. It acknowledges someone who brought a useful person in, without creating an income stream that would reward volume over judgement.
Why cash would break the guardrails
Several of Knomart's other rules depend on this one. Job allocation is by fit and Profile Strength, never by payment. Merchant tiers buy push, never placement. If recruiting paid cash, the community would have a growing group of members whose income depends on member count rather than on work — and that group would eventually argue for the rules that suit them.
What this looks like in practice
Nobody in Knomart Community earns from your membership contribution. There is no downline, no team volume, no rank based on how many people sit beneath you. The only earnings routes are work delivered, community micro-tasks, and agent commission on software a merchant actually uses.
The simple test
If someone tells you they will earn from you joining, they are describing a different organisation. Ask them exactly which payment they receive and what it is for — because in this community, the honest answer is none.
