Learning on Knozii is designed around practical skills that connect to real economic activity. At launch, the learning library is built around six tracks: five core business skills plus the Knomart implementation and agent track.
1. Sales
Sales is a core business skill because businesses need people who can understand customers, communicate value and support the selling process.
2. POS Operation
Point-of-sale operation focuses on the practical work around recording and handling transactions. It connects learning directly to everyday merchant operations.
3. Bookkeeping
Bookkeeping helps members develop skills around keeping business financial records accurately and consistently. It is especially useful for merchants that need reliable records rather than guesswork.
4. Digital Marketing
Digital marketing covers practical ways businesses can reach and communicate with customers through digital channels. It connects member skills with an everyday business need.
5. Customer Service
Customer service focuses on how businesses interact with and support their customers. Strong service can influence the quality of the customer experience and the way a business is perceived.
6. Knomart Implementation and Agent
The sixth track is different from the five core business skills. It is focused on the work involved in implementing and supporting Knomart for merchants, including the agent path.
How the learning library starts
The launch format is intentionally simple: written lessons with screenshots. Video can be added later where completion data shows that a track deserves more production effort.
You also do not have to complete a course before taking an exam. Someone who already has the required ability should not be forced through an introductory course simply to prove it.
Choose the track that matches the work you want to become good at, learn the material, practise it, and build evidence of what you can do.
