Why screenshots matter
These are not meant to be abstract textbooks. Screenshots can make practical instructions easier to follow by showing what a member should expect to see while learning a business-related skill or process.
Why not start with video?
Video takes more production time and resources. Starting every topic with video would mean committing that effort before knowing which tracks members will actually use. The launch approach is deliberately more measured.
Video can be added later for tracks that prove popular. Completion data helps determine where additional production effort is justified.
Simple does not mean low quality
