Is it free to list my business?
Yes. You can create a merchant profile and add your first listings for free. Any optional paid service is shown clearly before you choose it.
What types of businesses can join?
Shops, restaurants, salons, service providers, online sellers and other legitimate local businesses can apply. Every profile is reviewed before members see it as verified.
Do customers pay through Knozii?
They can. Members can order and pay by M-Pesa, and you are paid out to your registered M-Pesa number. Your listing can also send customers to call, message or visit you.
What are diamond offers?
Knozii members earn diamonds through activities in the app. Your offer lets them use diamonds to unlock a stated discount; diamonds are not cash and never pay the rest of the price.
