Skill is measured before it is hired
Knozii is a tasks marketplace with an assessment engine underneath it. You prove what you know by answering questions under a clock, and that score — not a self-written profile — decides the work you can apply for.
Tests, Tasks, Earn.
100% skill. 0% luck.
Hiring runs on claims, not evidence
Anyone can write “expert” on a profile. Clients compensate by asking for portfolios, unpaid trials and references, then still guess. Capable people lose out because they have no track record yet, and clients pay for the guessing in wasted briefs and redone work.
Knozii replaces the claim with a measurement. Assessments are 40 questions at 80% to pass, sat in one clean-room sitting. Tasks carry a qualification quiz of their own — five easy and five hard questions at eight seconds each, 60% to qualify. A score is not a personality test, and it is not a promise. It is a number a client can read.
What we measure instead
Three things, one account
Questions with a clock
Solo rounds, hourly pools, 1v1 battles, tournaments and crash quiz. Free rounds pay Silver for practice; paid entries pay diamonds per correct answer.
Badges that gate work
Assessments are the credential. Pass one and the task tiers it unlocks open — no portfolio, no unpaid trial, no reference chasing.
Work, escrow, payout
Diamonds unlock applications, work is funded before it starts, and cleared balances withdraw instantly from the wallet that holds them.
Early, and specific about it
Knozii is a young product. The test engine, the wallets, the assessments and the microtask pipeline are live and paying. The wider client marketplace is opening tier by tier as badged people come through the assessments.
We would rather tell you that than dress up a thin marketplace. Every count on this site comes from the live product — where a tier has no work open yet, it says so.
