Four things that work differently here
Not features — decisions. Each one changes who gets hired and how fast money moves.
Assessed before applying
You cannot apply to gated work until you have passed the skill assessment for it, so a shortlist is a list of people who can do the job.
Applying costs something
Applications are paid for in diamonds you earned by passing tests. It stops spray-and-pray applying and keeps pools small enough to review properly.
Ranking you can explain
Matching is deterministic and server-side, weighted on required skills first. The same profile always ranks the same way — no bidding, no boosting.
Waiting still pays
Between applications you keep taking tests, keep scoring and keep banking diamonds. The queue funds your next application instead of wasting your week.
You get in on what you can do
No portfolio, no referral, no interview to get to the starting line. You pick a skill, test its quiz bank, and sit the assessment. The score is your introduction.
And the time before an allocation is not dead time — you are still testing, still scoring, still banking the diamonds that pay for your next application.
Start with three free testsRead a score, not a sales pitch
Every applicant arrives with a dated assessment result in the skill you asked for. You are comparing evidence, not adjectives — and the shortlist is short, because applying costs the tasker real diamonds.
Funds are reserved before work starts and released when you accept the delivery, against the criteria you wrote.

Is this a betting app?
No. Outcomes come from answering correctly, not from chance — quizzes are difficulty-calibrated and power-ups are banned in solo test and in assessments. Diamonds cannot be bought, so you cannot buy an advantage.
Why should applying cost diamonds?
Because free applications flood clients and bury good candidates. Paying with diamonds you earned by passing tests keeps applicant pools small, serious and reviewable.
What stops people memorising the quiz?
Assessment questions sit in a pool that test and practice never touch, question usage is monitored, and anything that looks compromised is pulled from rotation.
How do I know I will be paid?
The task value is reserved before work starts and released when the client accepts against the criteria they published. Pool and task wallets withdraw instantly once your identity is verified.
