Hire against a score, not a paragraph

Everyone who can apply to your task has already passed an assessment in that skill. You read the score and the date it was earned, fund the work into escrow, and approve what comes back.

What a badge means
40 questions in one sitting, 80% to pass, per skill.
Question banks are confidential — sharing them costs the badge and usually the account.
Task-specific qualification adds five easy and five hard questions at eight seconds each, 60% to qualify.
You see the score and the date it was earned, not a self-written summary.
Three ways in

Post it, search for it, or invite someone

Most clients post a brief and let the matching engine bring people to it. You do not have to wait for that.

Post a brief

Describe the work, set the price and turnaround, and let the matching engine put it in front of people badged in that skill.

Applicants are pre-qualified by badge A diamond entry cost keeps applicant pools small

Search the talent pool

Filter people who have opted in to being discovered, by badge, score, domain, location and availability.

Discovery is opt-in, so the pool is people open to work Shortlist before you post anything

Invite directly

Send a task straight to someone. Invites arrive in their Invites tab and skip the open applicant pool entirely.

Good for repeat work with someone who delivered They still confirm before anything is funded
Talent pool

Search people who opted in to be found

Taskers choose whether employers can discover them. Discovery is off until they switch it on, so the pool is people actively open to work rather than everyone who ever signed up.

Filter by badge, assessment score, domain, location and availability. Invite anyone directly — an invite skips the open applicant pool and goes straight to them.

How a task runs

Funded first, approved on evidence

01

Post or invite

Set the brief, price, turnaround and how many people you need. Publish it or send it to someone directly.

02

Fund into escrow

The work is funded before anyone starts. Nobody delivers against an unfunded brief.

03

Applicants qualify

People badged in the skill apply, spending diamonds to do so, and pass the task qualification quiz.

04

Review and allocate

Read scores, delivery history and applications. Shortlist, then allocate the spots you posted.

05

Approve or dispute

Approve delivered work and payment releases. Disputes are judged against the criteria you published. Silence auto-approves after 72 hours.

Tiers

What work costs

You set the price. These are the bands live on the platform today. Full detail on the pricing page.

Microtask $19.00 – $23.00 per task 20 to unlock, 20 to apply

Short, repeatable promotional and verification work. Proof is a link, reviewed against a published checklist.

Starter $5.00 – $100.00 20 to apply

Entry-level briefs for people with a badge but little history. The fastest way to build a delivery record.

Skilled up to $1,000.00 Badge + 50

Real project work. Requires a passed assessment in the domain, and applicants are filtered on it.

Elite up to $1,000.00 Badge + 100

Highest-trust work, smallest applicant pools. Reserved for the strongest assessed scores and delivery records.

What protects both sides

Escrow first — work is funded before it starts, so nobody is asked to work on trust.
Published criteria — you state what "done" means when you post; disputes are judged against that, not against opinion.
72-hour auto-approval — if you go quiet on submitted work, it approves automatically. It protects taskers and keeps your queue honest.
One account per person — accounts are tied to one verified phone number and are not transferable.
Payout identity check — payout names are matched to verified identity before money leaves the platform.
Confidential assessments — leaked question banks cost the badge, so a score keeps meaning something.

Questions clients ask

Can I hire someone who has no reviews yet?

Yes, and that is the point of the assessment. A badge with a score gives you evidence before there is any delivery history, which is exactly what a new tasker cannot otherwise show you.

What stops me being flooded with unqualified applications?

Two things. Only people badged in the skill can see tier-gated work, and applying costs diamonds that are spent whether or not they are allocated. That makes spraying applications expensive.

What if the work comes back wrong?

Reject it against the criteria you published when you posted. Disputes are decided on those criteria, so the clearer your brief, the faster the resolution.

Do you have people in my country?

The talent pool shows real, current availability by location — including when it is empty. Where a tier or region has nobody badged yet, the platform says so rather than showing you a padded list.

What does it cost me to post?

Nothing to post. You fund the payout into escrow, and that is returned in full if the task goes unfilled. The platform charges the tasker side through diamond entry costs, not the client side through listing fees.
